Ann has been involved in the meeting and event industry for almost twenty years. Her career started with the Bermuda Government, working with groups to organize hotels, site-inspections, transportation and off-site dinners and excursions.
She started Beyond Meetings & Events in 2008 and has worked with numerous companies and associations organizing a variety of different events. She has in depth understanding of what it takes to make a truly successful and memorable event.
Ann was the Past President of the Toronto chapter of the Federation of Women’s Travel Organizations - IFWTO and a current member of CANSPEP - Canadian Society of Professional Event Planners.
She graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Business Management with a major in marketing.
Although she considers her work fun and almost a hobby, she does have other outside interests including hiking, golf, snow shoeing, photography and kayaking.
