ELPH Awards General Rules and Regulations

  1. ELIGIBILITY

Awards could be applied for as an individual or a team representing a personal care, pharmaceutical or healthcare company. The company must be a producer, manufacturer or distributer of personal care, pharmaceutical or healthcare products. International corporations must have a Canadian subsidiary to apply for the awards. Applicants can apply for the awards in either English or French.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

The applicant must fill out the ELPH Awards application form. Beginning on February 15, 2017, application forms will be available on the ELPH Awards website. Forms will be available to be uploaded to the awards application portal until 5 pm on Friday, November 10, 2017.

  1. AWARDS

There will be a total of (6) awards, each representing a following category:

  • Measurable reduction of environmental impact
  • Employee engagement
  • Stewardship
  • Green procurement
  • Eco-philanthropy and charitable giving
  • Special Projects

The prize consists of a plaque and certificate to highlight the award recipient’s achievement.

  1. WINNER SELECTION

The awards application portal will close on Friday, October 27, 2017. The prize winners will be published on Environmental Advisory Group’s February 2018 newsletter and the ELPH Awards website.

  1. GENERAL TERMS

The Environmental Advisory Group (EAG) owns the rights to the ELPH Awards. The Environmental Advisory Group reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest.
